PowerGen Italia is a joke. June 2003. Little late. (Of course, Snopes said that WhoRepresents and ExpertsExchange were both legit — also in 2003.)

The company I work for sells mobile computer terminals, some of which have touch screens. I was flipping through the documentation for the Software Development Kit one day and suddenly burst out laughing. Right there at the top of the page in bold, 18-point font, was the name of the function for determining whether the stylus is in contact with the screen: PenIsTouching.
