Okay, in the Further Displaying Ignorance About My Own Country Department:
Way back when I griped about the gay marrage amendment, Pandemic pointed out that an amendment would be necessary for this to be banned at the federal level. But then how are there Federal laws at all? Well, not “at all”, but…like, medical marijuana, for example. I keep hearing that it’s allowed in some states but illegal at the federal level, but there isn’t a marijuana amendment, right?
