This means horrible traffic from about 7:00 to 10:30 in the morning and 3:30 to 7:00 in the evening on the main routes in and out. The state races 'round here (VA does off-year elections, so they were a couple weeks ago) were pretty much all about congestion on I-66, and the 1000% increase in fines for speeding tickets. Apparently those are the only two problems facing the state.
