Venture Brothers Season 2 DVD: Worst Commentary Tracks Ever
Seriously. One guy’s audio is like 250% of the other guy’s audio, so I could hardly bear to listen to the conversation–and for the most part that’s what it was, because only occasionally do they actually comment on the episode they’re watching.
Though it was kinda fun listening to the guy who does the Dr. Venture voice. The character’s voice is essentially his. In fact I heard him doing a Shell radio commercial once, that was kinda entertaining.

Spinn, this post gives me a deep insight into your thoughts.
Seriously, go ahead and take that bit of ‘you’ time we’ve heard so much about. Recharge your mentality, buy new batteries, bust some chops. Whatever it takes, man. Even though we all miss you DESPERATELY, longingly, moistishly… we will carry on somehow. Some WAY.
I don’t know, though. Losing your patience with “really crappy commentary” kinda concerns me. Especially since you spoke about depression in the past.
OMG, PUT DOWN THE GUN!
Believe me, I know how you’re feeling. I’ve killed myself *plenty* of times before. If you ever want to talk, man…
There’s so much to live for, especially reaching out and touching total strangers. Your life can’t be THAT horrible, can it? Oh god, can it?!
Cheers and Happy Islamic New Year!

Sounds like your life is going down the toilet quicker than an unwanted pregnancy on prom night…

It’s the button marked volume, or perhaps vol. Fucking old people can’t even work a t.v.

Et tu, Mikki? How about you reread my post and see how that wouldn’t work.

I know it wouldn’t work. I was trying (and obviously failing) to make a joke. The calling you old bit being a referance to your previous post.
Lordy man, you honestly believe I’m that stupid?

grumble mutter mumble.
I blame the caffeine.

“In fact I heard him doing a Shell radio commercial once, that was kinda entertaining.”
I was in Austin a couple of years ago and heard Brendon Small and H. Jon Benjamin doing a commercial for Combos. I was like “Hey…. Coach McGuirk.”

The mantle of Worst DVD Commentary Track Ever might belong to Bitter Films’ Rejected.

At least in VB season 2 they fill their recording time (even if they aren’t talking about the episode, they are talking like… 95% of the time). Give a listen to the commentary for Deadwood season 1. (aside from being batshit crazy) David Milch does the commentary alone and barley says anything. I swear there are several 15 minute periods where he’s taking a nap.
