I've seen character actors who do this kind of role, but I don't think any of them had the *look*... fat, dressed eccentrically (rather than dressed well)... Jack Black has the look, mostly, but I don't know if he could summon the acting necessary for this role. The absolutely-convinced outrage, rolling his r's with his highly considered pronouncements, the completely convinced nature of his superiority in the midst of flim-flamming someone...
