					<description>I thought the reason we had a day called Mother's Day was so that we could recognize how great moms are ON THAT DAY, not waste time having a vote on it in Congress.

Or maybe it was for the Hallmark cards?

But in all seriousness, Congress should have a vote about how they shouldn't waste time voting on stupid things no one will argue.</description>
